Note: The font has additional characters in the Private Use Area to support languages that require Ethiopic characters not yet encoded in Unicode. (Abyssinica_SIL.ttf from AbyssinicaSIL version.zip) It evolved from the script for classical Ge'ez, which is now strictly a liturgical language.
